<br />County, Florida, will hold a public hearing on
<br />March 23, 1977, at 11:00 o'ciuck A.M. at The
<br />Indian River County Courthouse, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida, to consider the adoption of an
<br />Ordinance Amending Indian River County
<br />Ordinance 71-3, Section 25, Paragraph B-1,
<br />Encroachments into Required Yards by
<br />allowingswimmingpools to be erected no
<br />closer than ten 00) feet from the rear property
<br />line and by allowing patios in conjunction with
<br />swimming pools to be erected no closer than
<br />five (5) feet from the rear of the property line,
<br />and by allowing screen enclosures for swim-
<br />ming pools to be erected no closer than ten (10)
<br />feet from the rear property line.

<br />POSED ORDINANCE, NOTING THAT PARAGRAPHS (B), (C) AND (D) ARE
<br />ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS, HE INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THE PLANNING
<br />AND ZONING COMMISSION WAS REQUESTED BY DEVELOPER GERMAN SUAREZ TO
<br />COME UP WITH A POSSIBLE CHANGE IN SETBACK FOR SWIMMING POOLS. THE
<br />CITY HAS DIFFERENT SETBACKS THAN THE COUNTY, AND IT WAS FELT THESE
<br />SHOULD BE BROUGHT IN LINE. MR. FERC STATED THE PLANNING AND ZONING
<br />COMMISSION RECOMMENDS ADOPTION OF THIS ORDINANCE.

<br />IS207, AND IT IS PROPOSED TO REDUCE IT TO 10' FOR A SOLID STRUCTURE

<br />ENCLOSURE OR STRUCTURE !•JILL BE ALLOWED ON ANY EASEMENT, RECAFDLESS OF
