Any location <br />in the county m,%y be suitable.. The locations are decided primarily by the <br />future residents. Presently lots are availible and activity is underway in <br />enumeration districts 49 and 12. <br />Section 8 existing rentals will be decided by the private market. the current <br />state of over building and high vacancies may induce developers to endure the <br />red tape and lower rentals for some return on investment. The section 8 for new <br />construction is $108,688.
