P. "PETE" MUSICK, SURVEYOR, APPEARED REPRESENTING MANFRED <br />MEIDEL IN REQUESTING FINAL APPROVAL OF MEIDEL SUBDIVISION. HE NOTED THAT <br />AT THE TIME MEIDEL SUBDIVISION WAS GRANTED TENTATIVE APPROVAL, HALLELUIAH <br />.ACRES SUBDIVISION WHICH LIES IMMEDIATELY TO THE WEST, WAS ALSO GRANTED <br />TENTATIVE APPROVAL, MEIDAL SUBDIVISION IS NOW FINISHED, BUT HALLELUIAH <br />ACRES IS NOT. MR. MUSICK STATED THAT HE DID NOT FEEL IT WOULD BE FAIR TO <br />HOLD UP MR. MEIDEL FROM FILING HIS PLAT BECAUSE OF THIS AND INFORMED THE <br />BOARD THAT MR. MEIDEL WOULD BE WILLING TO PUT A STATEMENT ON THE PLAT THAT <br />THE DRAINAGE DITCHES IN THE SUBDIVISION WILL NOT BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF <br />THE COUNTY UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE COUNTY FORMALLY ACCEPTS THEM, <br />ADMINISTRATOR KENNINGS FELT THAT SOME APPROPRIATE WORDING COULD <br />BE PUT ON THE PLAT. HE NOTED THAT THIS IS A CRITICAL DRAINAGE AREA. HE <br />CONTINUED THAT HE HAS MET WITH SURVEYORS PETE MUSICK AND MARVIN CARTER TO <br />DISCUSS THE DITCH THAT HAS BEEN CAUSING ALL THE PROBLEMS IN THE AREA AND <br />NOTED THAT WHEN WE GET THE OUTLET FOR THIS DITCH, WE DO HAVE A 30' EASEMENT <br />AND WILL THEN BE ABLE TO OPEN IT UPI THE ADMINISTRATOR NOTED THAT THERE <br />A <br />J <br />
