RESOLUTION NO. 2008- 115 <br />5. The County further requests that the City Council of Vero Beach designate staff <br />to work with designated County staff on the public information and education <br />program with respect to the Utility Authority Referendum. <br />6. The Board directs that certified copies of this Resolution be sent to the City of <br />Vero Beach and to the Town of Indian River Shores. <br />This Resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Gary C. Wheeler and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher , and, upon being put to a <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Sandra L.
