Eric Olson, Director <br />Date: July 30, 2008 <br />Re: IRC — 129th Place Subdivision Water Assessment, UCP # 2953 <br />WIP #473-169000-0 <br />Cost Estimate for Assessment <br />Attached is the estimated cost to install the water main and appurtenances for the 129h Place Subdivision <br />Water Assessment including Engineering, Permitting, Surveying, etc. 1 have also included the estimated cost <br />of a loop extension of the water main on Indian River Drive with 6" main. The cost is assumes conventional <br />installation by trench construction.
