Box 1900 : <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />Re: Sun Crest Terrace, Unit II Tentative Plan <br />Dear Jim: <br />In reply to our telephone conversation and your letter,of <br />June 23, 1977, I suggest the following additions to the subject <br />revised blue prints which were received at this office at 2:15 <br />P.M. on Junc 21, 1977: ' <br />A.) The 15" A.0<C.M.P. is minimal and will be acceptable. <br />However, the Indian River Farms Drainage District and Indian River <br />-County with most developers have in the past few years increased <br />this to the next larger size. <br />B.) Readwalls will be required on above installation. <br />C.) The sub -grade shall be 2' wider than the base course. <br />The base width shall be V wider than the final pavement width. <br />D.) Show 8' ' stabilized shoulder. <br />E.) Stop signs and street signs. <br />After tentative approval by the Board of County Commissioners, <br />the developer has one year to complete the development. The devel- <br />oper shall maintain the subdivision for one year after the final <br />plat is placed on record.
