4 <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE ASKED IF ALL THE ITEMS SET OUT IN THE ADMINIS— <br />TRATOR aS LETTER WERE INCORPORATED IN THE PLAT PRESENTED TO THE BOARD TODAY, <br />AND ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS SAID NOT ALL OF THEM WERE. <br />MR. ZORC INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE IS WILLING TO HAVE THESE <br />ITEMS ON THE PLAT AND WOULD LIKE THE BOARDS APPROVAL SUBJECT TO THESE <br />THINGS BEING DONE, <br />COMMISSIONER LOY ASKED IF MR. ZORC HAD ANY OBJECTION TO THE <br />ADMINISTRATORS LETTER OF JUNE 24TH BEING MADE A PART OF THE MINUTES AND <br />COMPLYING TO THE GUIDELINES SET OUT THEREIN. <br />MR. ZORC SAID THAT HE DID NOT HAVE ANY OBJECTION AND STATED THAT <br />ALL STREETS, DRAINAGE, ETC., WILL BE BUILT TO INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SPECIFI— <br />CATIONS. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT STATED THAT HE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH GIVING <br />TENTATIVE APPROVAL AS LONG AS THE ADMINISTRATORS LETTER IS MADE A PART <br />OF THE MINUTES AND THE PLAT IS APPROVED. SUBJECT TO COMPLYING WITH THE ITEM- <br />LISTED IN THE LETTER. <br />MR. ZORC POINTED OUT THAT ITEM A IS NOT A REQUIREMENT, AND HE <br />FELT•THE APPROVAL SHOULD NOT BE SUBJECT TO IT. <br />COMMISSIONER LOY NOTED THAT MR. ZORC HAD ALREADY STATED THAT HE <br />INTENDED TO INCREASE THE 15" A.C.C.M.P.
