COMMISSIONER SIEBERT COMMENTED THAT HE DID NOT RECOMMEND THAT <br />WE HAVE TO GO FIRST CLASS AND COMPETE, BUT DID AGREE THAT WE HAVE NOT DONE <br />ENOUGH FOR OUR JUDGES. <br />COMMISSIONER Loy STATED THAT THE BAR ASSOCIATION HAS MADE A POINT <br />AND SHE FEELS IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT WE DO SOMETHING.
