f <br />(1. THE DEPARTMENT AGREES: <br />A. The Department agrees to grant to the County the total sum of $ 7,709.00 , <br />with the quarterly sum of t1 q95 n , to be allocated immediately after the <br />beginning of each quarter, based on a county population of 49,300 or <br />.5491 , of the total state population. <br />B. The Department may revise the allocated sums only upon authorization of the <br />Cabinet or other competent authority. <br />III. THE COUNTY AND THE DEPARTMENT MUTUALLY AGREE: <br />a <br />A. This AGREEMENT shall become effective on July 1, 1977 <br />B. This AGREEMENT shall terminate on June 30, 1978 <br />C. That no person shall on the grounds of race, color, sex, religion or national <br />origin be excluded from participation in, be denied benefits of or be otherwise <br />subjected to discrimination under any program, activity or services funded under <br />this AGREEMENT. <br />D. That no otherwise qualified mentally or physically handicapped individual shall, <br />solely by reason of his or her handicap, be excluded from participation in, be <br />denied the benefits of or be subjected to discrimination under this AGREEMENT. <br />E. That in the event of County's noncompliance with requirements C and D above <br />this contract may be terminated or suspended in part or whole. <br />F. Any alterations, variations, modifications or waivers of provisions of this <br />contract shall be valid only when they have been reduced to writing, duly <br />signed by all parties to the contract and attached to the original contract <br />The parties agree to renegotiate this contract if federal or state revision of <br />any applicable laws, rules or regulations make changes to this contract <br />necessary. <br />G.
