<br />'NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
<br />Zoning Commission of Indian River County.
<br />Florida, has tentatively approved the
<br />following changes and additions to the Zoning
<br />ordinance of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />which changes and additions are substantially
<br />as follows:
<br />Vs. That the Zoning Map be changed in
<br />order that the following described property
<br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -
<br />wit.,
<br />The South half of Tract 11 and all -of Tract 14
<br />of Section 3, Township 33 South, Range 36 East.
<br />according to the last general plat of lands of
<br />Indian River Farms Company recorded in Plat
<br />Book 2, page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie
<br />County, Florida; said land now lying and being
<br />in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District, to
<br />LM -1 Light Manufacturing District.
<br />A public hearing in relation thereto at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens shall have an
<br />opportunity to be heard, will be held by said
<br />Zoning Commission in the County Commission
<br />Room, Indian River County Courthouse. Vero
<br />Beach, Florida, Thursday, June 9, 1977, at 7:30
<br />o'clock P.M., after which a public hearing in
