RESOLUTION NO . 2011 - .jQ7 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS APPROVING THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AFFORDABLE <br /> HOUSING ADVISORY COMMITTEE ( AHAC ) 2011 INCENTIVES REPORT AND <br /> DIRECTING STAFF TO TRANSMIT A COPY OF THE INCENTIVES REPORT <br /> TO THE FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION <br /> WHEREAS , The County , on April 6 , 1993 , adopted ordinance 93 - <br /> 13 , establishing the county ' s Local Housing Assistance Program <br /> pursuant to section 420 . 9072 , Florida Statutes and Rule 67 - 37 , <br /> F . A . C . ; and <br /> WHEREAS , pursuant to revised Section 420 . 9076 ( 4 ) , F . S . , each <br /> local government participating in the State Housing Initiatives <br /> Partnership ( SHIP ) program must prepare an Affordable Housing <br /> Advisory Committee Report that recommends to the local governing <br /> body specific actions or initiatives to encourage or facilitate <br /> affordable housing , and <br /> WHEREAS , the Indian River County Affordable Housing Advisory <br /> Committee ( AHAC ) held a public hearing pursuant to the <br /> requirements of Section 420 . 9076 ( 5 ) , F . S . , on November 16 , 2011 to <br /> review the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee ' s 2011 Report , <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , the AHAC at its November 16 , 2011 public hearing <br /> with consensus approved the AHAC report and recommend that the <br /> Board of County Commissioners approve the report ; and <br /> WHEREAS , a copy of the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee <br /> report must be submitted to the Florida Housing Finance <br /> Corporation by December 31 , 2011 , and <br /> 1 <br />
