RESOLUTION NO. 2011-107 <br />WHEREAS, per state requirements Local Housing Assistance <br />Plans must be revised every three years, and <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the amended Indian River County Local <br />Housing Assistance Plan must be submitted to the Florida Housing <br />Finance Corporation for its review by May 1, 2012. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida THAT: <br />Section 1. <br />The above recitals are ratified in their entirety. <br />Section 2. <br />The attached Indian River County Affordable Housing Advisory <br />Committee 2011 Incentives Report is hereby approved. <br />Section 3. <br />Staff is directed to submit a copy of the AHAC Incentives Report <br />to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation by December 31, 2011. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Solari, <br />and seconded by Commissioner Flescher <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />and being put to a <br />Chairman, Gary C.
