RESOLUTION NO . 2011 - 107 <br /> WHEREAS , per state requirements Local Housing Assistance <br /> Plans must be revised every three years , and <br /> WHEREAS , a copy of the amended Indian River County Local <br /> Housing Assistance Plan must be submitted to the Florida Housing <br /> Finance Corporation for its review by May 1 , 2012 . <br /> NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners of Indian River County , Florida THAT : <br /> Section 1 . <br /> The above recitals are ratified in their entirety . <br /> Section 2 . <br /> The attached Indian River County Affordable Housing Advisory <br /> Committee 2011 Incentives Report is hereby approved . <br /> Section 3 . <br /> Staff is directed to submit a copy of the AHAC Incentives Report <br /> to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation by December 31 , 2011 . <br /> The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Solari , <br /> and seconded by Commissioner Flescher A. and being put to a <br /> vote , the vote was as follows : <br /> Chairman , Gary C .
