ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS DISCUSSED A RELEASE OF FOUR EASEMENTS <br />REQUESTED BY ROBERT FRYER ON LOTS 3, 4 AND 5, UNIT I, BLOCK A, GRANADA <br />GARDENS. MR. FRYER WISHES TO FENCE I.N HIS PROPERTY FOR SECURITY REASONS. <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR NOTED THAT THE EASEMENTS ARE NOT NEEDED FOR DRAINAGE <br />PURPOSES. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT STATED THAT HE HAD NO OBJECTION TO RELEAS- <br />ING THE EASEMENTS IN BETWEEN THE LOTS BUT DID NOT FEEL THE FENCE SHOULD <br />BE PLACED ON THE OUTSIDE EASEMENTS. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AGREED TO RELEASE THE 5' EASEMENTS BETWEEN <br />LOTS 3 AND 4 AND BETWEEN LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK A, GRANADA GARDENS, UNIT I.; <br />THE RELEASE TO BE PREPARED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE OWNER. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE INSTRUCTED THE ADMINISTRATOR TO INFORM MR. FRYER <br />THAT THE FENCE CANNOT BE PLACED ON THE OUTSIDE EASEMENTS. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AGREED TO PLACE ON TODAY'S AGENDA AN EMERGENCY ITEM <br />.IN REGARD TO HONORING ONE OF OUR PUBLIC OFFICIALS. <br />.JUDGE D. C. SMITH CAME BEFORE THE BOARD AND CALLED SHERIFF SAM <br />JOYCE FORWARD. HE THEN UNVEILED A PICTURE OF SHERIFF JOYCE, WHICH HE <br />PRESENTED TO THE SHERIFF IN HONOR OF HIS 33 YEARS IN THE LAW ENFORCEMENT <br />FIELD. JUDGE SMITH SPOKE OF THE SHERIFF'S ACHIEVEMENTS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT <br />AND PUBLIC SERVICE IN GENERAL, NOTING THAT HE HAS BEEN RE-ELECTED TO HIS <br />6TH TERM AS SHERIFF OF THIS COUNTY. <br />SHERIFF .JOYCE EXPRESSED HIS APPRECIATION OF THIS HONOR. <br />ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE HAS TWO RE- <br />QUESTS FOR RELEASE OF EASEMENTS IN ROSELAND GARDENS, ONE FROM CLAY ARMSTRONG <br />AND ONE FROM :PHILIP SKUZA, BOTH REPRESENTED BY GILBERT SWIGER OF ATHA & <br />SWIGER REAL ESTATE. THE ADMINISTRATOR NOTED THAT THESE PROPERTY OWNERS <br />BOTH WANT TO ELIMINATE THE EASEMENT IN BETWEEN THEIR LOTS IN ORDER TO <br />BUILD A HOME ON THE LOTS, WHICH IS A ROUTINE REQUEST. <br />MR.
