SECTION 2 . The Board of County Commissioners directs the Utility <br /> Services Director to execute and submit an application to the Florida Department of <br /> Community Affairs for State approval . <br /> SECTION 3 . The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and directs the <br /> Utility Services Director to submit additional information in a timely manner as <br /> may be required by the Florida Department of Community Affairs . <br /> Attachment 4 <br /> SECTION 4 . The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the Utility <br /> Services Director to sign any subsequent forms as needed for the CDBG application <br /> and project. <br /> SECTION 5 . The Indian River County Comprehensive Plan is hereby <br /> adopted as the County ' s Community Development Plan . <br /> SECTION 6 . The Board of County Commissioners does hereby commit to <br /> spend $ 125 , 000 . 00 in local SHIP funds on CDBF eligible activities identified in the <br /> Indian River County 2011 CDBG NR application as local government leverage in <br /> accordance with the applicable rules and guidelines as set for the by the department <br /> of Community Affairs , subject to grant award to the County . <br /> SECTION 7 The Board of County Commissioners does herby commit to <br /> expend all local government leverage funds between the time of site visit and the <br /> time of administrative close- out for said application , in accordance with applicable <br /> rules and guidelines as set forth by the Department of Community Affairs . <br /> SECTION 8 . This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage . <br /> 2 <br />
