RESOLUTION NO. 2012 - 054 <br />are made to the Powers, Duties and other provisions of the Economic Development <br />Council. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner o'Bryan , and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner wheeler and upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows.- <br />Chairman <br />ollows: <br />Chairman Gary C.
