AREAS IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND HE DOES NOT FEEL THE BOND THEY ARE RE- <br />QUIRED TO PUT UP IS ANYWHERE NEAR LARGE ENOUGH. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS DISCUSSED WITH THE BOARD THE ACCEPTANCE <br />OF THE FINAL PLAT, UNIT 2, LAURELWOOD AND APPROVAL OF A PERFORMANCE <br />BOND. THE ATTORNEY STATED THAT HE HAS SEEN THE PLAT AND THE DOCUMEN- <br />TATION, AND WE ARE IN RECEIPT OF THE $54,077.20 CHECK ALONG WITH THE <br />BOND STATEMENT, ESCROW AGREEMENT AND ENGINEERS CERTIFICATE. HE NOTED <br />THAT THE ESCROW AGREEMENT WAS MODIFIED FROM THE COPY DELIVERED TO THE <br />BOARD, BUT THAT HE HAS HAD THE LAURELWOOD REPRESENTATIVES SIGN THE <br />MODIFIED ESCROW AGREEMENT, WHICH IS IN HIS OFFICE, AND HE DOES APPROVE <br />ALL THE DOCUMENTATION. <br />ADMINISTRATOR KENNINGS INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THE PLATS <br />ARE IN ORDER AND PRESENTED THEM FOR THE BOARD TO REVIEW.
