ATTORNEY HENDERSON ASKED MR. CONDE IF HE WOULD HAVE ANY <br />OBJECTION TO HAVING THE FRONT PART OF THE PROPERTY REMAIN COMMERCIAL, <br />AND HE HAD NO OBJECTION. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DEESON, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY CLOSED THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT TO LIMIT CONSIDER- <br />ATION ONLY TO THE PORTION OF THE PROPERTY ZONED R-3. <br />ATTORNEY HENDERSON POINTED OUT THAT THIS WOULD INCLUDE SOME <br />OF THE MOBILE HOMES, BUT STATED THAT THEIR ORIGINAL PETITION HAD A <br />DESCRIPTION WHICH WOULD EXCEPT THIS PROPERTY. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT WITHDREW HIS MOTION. <br />THE BOARD STUDIED THE PLAT AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION SUBMITTED <br />BY ATTORNEY HENDERSON, AND ATTORNEY COLLINS SUGGESTED THAT THE BOARD <br />MAKE THEIR INTENT KNOWN, BUT CONTINUE THE DECISION-MAKING PART OF THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING UNTIL THE NEXT MEETING. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT STATED THAT THE BOARDS INTENT IS TO <br />INCLUDE ALL OF THE MOBILE HOMES IN THE ZONING CHANGE TO R -IRM. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER,'THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY TABLED A DECISION ON THE ZONING <br />CHANGE REQUESTED BY CLARENCE AND ANITA CONDE, ETAL, UNTIL THE NEXT <br />MEETING WHEN AN EXACT LEGAL DESCRIPTION CAN BE OBTAINED. <br />THE HOUR OF 2:00 O'CLOCK P.M.
