ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DEESON, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED TENTATIVE APPROVAL TO THE MOORINGS <br />UNIT #5 SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF ALL STATE AND REGULATORY AGENCIES. <br />MR.
