BEINDORF, ACTING AS REPRESENTATIVE FOR RANDY SEXTON, <br />NEXT DISCUSSED THE REQUEST FOR TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF RAIN TREE <br />CORNER SUBDIVISION. HE NOTED THAT THIS IS A 10 -ACRE SUBDIVISION <br />AND WAS RECENTLY REZONED TO R -1A. THE PROPERTY LIES SOUTH OF ROSE - <br />DALE ROAD, AND THE TRACTS ARE 1/2 ACRE OR SLIGHTLY LARGER. MR. <br />BEINDORF STATED THAT THE SUBDIVISION REVIEW COMMITTEE REQUESTED <br />LEAVING A 25' ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENT ACROSS THE SOUTH END OF THE <br />PROPERTY, AND THIS WAS DONE. HE NOTED THAT THEY CHANGED THE SET- <br />BACKS FOR LOTS 8 AND 9 SO THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY WOULD NOT BE VIOLATED. <br />MR. BEINDORF FURTHER STATED THAT THIS IS NOT A CURB AND GUTTER ROAD- <br />WAY, BUT IT MAY BE POSSIBLE TO WORK OUT UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC. IF <br />THIS CANNOT BE WORKED OUT, THE EASEMENTS ARE THERE FOR OVERHEAD <br />UTILITIES. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED TENTATIVE APPROVAL TO RAIN <br />TREE CORNER SUBDIVISION. <br />MR. BEINDORF REVIEWED WITH THE BOARD THE REQUEST FOR <br />TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF THE MOORINGS UNIT #S AND NOTED THAT THIS IS <br />THE LAST LARGE LAND MASS OF THE MOORINGS TO BE DEVELOPED AND COM- <br />PRISES 149 LOTS. HE NOTED THAT IT CONFORMS ALMOST EXACTLY WITH <br />THE PLAN THE BOARD APPROVED ALMOST NINE YEARS AGO, HE STATED THAT <br />IT IS ZONED R -1A, HAS CURB AND GUTTER ROADWAY, CITY WATER, AND ITS <br />OWN SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT. MR. BEINDORF CONTINUED THAT THIS DE- <br />VELOPMENT DOES HAVE ENVIRONMENTAL AFFECTS, BUT IT PREVIOUSLY RE- <br />CEIVED APPROVAL FROM ALL THE REGULATORY AGENCIES, AND HE FEELS IT <br />WILL BE ABLE TO GET APPROVAL AGAIN.
