OV 21977 <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE ANNOUNCED THAT AT THIS TIME THE DECISION- <br />MAKING PORTION OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REZONING REQUESTED BY <br />CLARENCE CONDE ET -AL WILL BE CONTINUED. HE NOTED THAT THIS HAD BEEN <br />CONTINUED SO THAT A CORRECT LEGAL DESCRIPTION COULD BE OBTAINED. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE HAS REVIEWED <br />THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND IT CUTS OUT THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY WHERE <br />THE HOUSES ARE ON THE FRONT PORTION, I.E., THE EXCEPTED PORTION OF <br />THE DESCRIPTION WILL REMAIN COMMERCIAL.
