HE -PO INTED OUT THAT IT <br />WOULD CUT DOWN ON THE WORKLOAD OF THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT IF THE <br />90ARD WOULD AUTHORIZE HIM TO INITIATE A'SEPARATE SET OF BOOKS AT <br />THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE TIME. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS INFORMED THE BOARD THAT IN HIS DISCUSSION <br />WITH THE AUDITOR THE SUBJECT OF BUDGET TRANSFERS WAS NOT BROUGHT UP, <br />AND HE FEELS THIS QUESTION IS QUITE MATERIAL.. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE STATED THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY PARTICULAR <br />RROBLEM WITH THE ACCOUNTS BEING SEPARATED PROVIDED THE BOARD STILL <br />MAINTAINS THE SAME DEGREE OF.BUDGETARY CONTROL. <br />FINANCE OFFICER JACKSON SUGGESTED THAT SEPARATE ACCOUNTS <br />BE SET UP, BUT WITH THE PROVISION THAT THE CLERK WILL NOT MOVE A <br />BUDGET ITEM FROM ONE LINE TO ANOTHER WITHOUT.THE BOARDS ADVANCE <br />APPROVAL. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE STATED THAT THIS MATTER WILL BE TAKEN UP <br />AT THE NEXT MEETING AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS REPORTED THAT A BOND RESOLUTION IN REGARD <br />TO THE 1.8 MILLION SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS HAS BEEN <br />PUT TOGETHER BY WILLIAM R. HOUGH & CO. HE INFORMED THE BOARD THAT <br />HE AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATOR THOMAS HAVE REVIEWED IT AND <br />FIND IT SATISFACTORY.
