. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -032 <br /> given the strongly held, good faith concerns that some citizens have with respect <br /> to smart meters, Florida Power & Light should implement, and the Florida Public <br /> Service Commission should require, that citizens who are opposed to smart <br /> meters be given the freedom of choice to permanently opt out of the smart meter <br /> program, without risk or threat of negative reprisals or other consequences. <br /> 3. Copy of Resolution. A certified copy of this resolution shall be provided <br /> immediately to Florida Power & Light, the Florida Public Service Commission <br /> and all members of the Indian River County Legislative Delegation. <br /> The foregoing resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner sDlari <br /> and the motion was seconded by Commissioner o'Bryan , and, upon being put to a vote, <br /> the vote was, as follows: <br /> Chairman Gary C.
