Grant Administration <br />Concern was expressed that the County would be spending a large amount on the cost to administer <br />the NSP and that, because of that, the NSP would be less beneficial than it otherwise could be. <br />Public Comments Outside of CATF and BCC Meeting <br />Outside of the CATF and BCC meetings, there were no comments from the general public received by <br />County staff. <br />Revised NSP3 Abbreviated Action Plan <br />A notice annauncing a public hearing and the availability to review and comment on the County's <br />proposed revised NSP3 Abbreviated Action Plan was published on the County website and also was <br />advertised in the local newspaper. Indian River Press Journal, on July 2, 2012 <br />htt www.irccdd.com NSPNSl'As re uired by the De artment of Housing and Urban <br />Development Federal Register Notice (Federal Register Volume 75, No. 201, Tuesday, October 19, <br />2010), the Indian River County revised NSP3 Abbreviated Action Pian was available for review on the <br />County website for a minimum of 15 days. <br />In addition to solicitin ublic comments throe h the Count website and the local news a er the <br />Zounty conducted a publicly noticed Citizens Advisory Task Force CATF Meeting on Jul 13 2012 and <br />a Public Hearing before the Board of County.Commissioners BCC on Jul 17 2012. <br />There were no public comments received from the CATF meeting from the BCC Public Hearing, or <br />from the general public comment notice. <br />
