SECTION 4. The Board of County Commissioners directs the Community Development <br />Director to execute and submit the revised Abbreviated Action Plan to the Federal Department of <br />Housing and Urban Development for approval. <br />SECTION 5. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and directs the Community <br />Development Director to submit additional information in a timely manner and make any minor <br />changes that may be required by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development for the <br />revised Abbreviated Action Plan. <br />SECTION 6. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the Community Development <br />Director to sign any subsequent forms as needed for the revised NS P3 Abbreviated Action Plan and <br />project. <br />SECTION 7. The Indian River County Comprehensive Plan is hereby adopted as the <br />County' s Community Development Plan. <br />SECTION 8. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner o' Bryan , and seconded by <br />Commissioner Flescher , and being put to vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman, Gary C.
