RESOLUTION NO. 2014-040 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. <br />2. Resolution 2014-031 is hereby revoked. <br />3. The public hearing scheduled for May 201 2014 at 9:05 A.M at the County <br />Commission Chambers in the County Administration Building is hereby postponed <br />indefinitely. <br />4. The Indian River County Department of Public Works shall give notice to the owner <br />of each property that was proposed to be specially assessed in writing of this <br />Resolution, which shall be served by mailing a copy of such Resolution to each of <br />such property owners at his or her last known address to be obtained from the <br />records of the property appraiser. <br />5. The Indian River County Department of Public Works shall contact those individuals <br />that have withdrawn their support to determine the reasons for such withdrawal. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner �a�; G who <br />moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher <br />and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan Ave <br />Vice -Chairman Wesley S.
