! ! ! ! 4 !�! <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />tND1AN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. <br />2. Resolution 2p14-031 is hereby revoked. <br />3. The public hearing scheduled for May 2Q, 2Q14 at 9:p5 A.M at the County <br />Commission Chambers in the County Administration Building is hereby postponed <br />indefinitely. <br />4. The Indian River County Department of Public Works shall give notice to the owner <br />of each property that was proposed to be specially assessed in writing of this <br />Resolution, which shall be served by mailing a copy of such Resolution to each of <br />such property owners at his ar her last known address to be obtained from the <br />records of the property appraiser. <br />5. The Indian River County Department of Public Works shall contact those individuals <br />that have withdrawn their support to determine the reasons far such withdrawal. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner nav; G who <br />moved its adaption.
