MCIDOUGALD TO REBUILD. <br />d MR. BERG FELT THIS MIGHT BE THE BEST ANSWER AND NOTED THAT <br />MR. McDOUGALD OWNS THIS ENTIRE STRIP OF 600 x 100, A GOOD DEAL OF <br />WHICH HE USES FOR FARMING. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD. <br />MR. MCDOUGALD INFORMED THE BOARD THAT ALL HE WISHES TO DO IS <br />REPLACE THE HOUSE THAT BURNT, <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE ASKED HIM IF HE WOULD BE AGREEABLE TO ANY <br />METHOD, NOT NECESSARILY REZONING, THAT WOULD ENABLE HIM TO REBUILD, AND <br />MR. McDOUGALD STATED THAT HE WOULD. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY CLOSED THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMIS- <br />SIONER SCHMUCKER, TO DENY THE REZONING REQUEST MADE BY THE MCDOUGALDS <br />AND TO FORWARD THIS MATTER TO THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT AS INITIATED <br />BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REPLACE- <br />MENT OF THE HOUSE AND THAT THE FEE BE WAIVED. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT STATED THAT, IF FOR SOME REASON THE <br />BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT. SHOULD DENY A VARIANCE FOR THIS PURPOSE, HE <br />WOULD AGREE TO.REHEAR THE MCDOUGALD'S REQUEST FOR REZONING WITHOUT <br />PREJUDICE. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
