<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
<br />Zoning Commission of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, has tentatively approved the
<br />following changes and additions to the Zoning '
<br />Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />which changes and additions are substantially
<br />as follows:
<br />I- That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />In Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Lots 1 through 16, Block 4, and lots 1 through
<br />81 Block 3, Grovenor Estates, Unit No. 1, as in
<br />Pletbook 4, page 79, Indian River County
<br />Records. AND
<br />Lots 9 through 16, Block 3; and the 7.90 acres
<br />recorded as Block 7A, Grovenor Estates, Unit
<br />No. 2, as in Platbook S, page 18, Indian River
<br />County Records.
<br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to
<br />R-1 single Family District.
<br />A public hearing in relation thereto at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens shall have an
<br />opportunity to be heard, will be held by said
<br />Zoning Commission In the County Commission
<br />Room, Indian River County Courthouse, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida, Thursday, December 8, 1971,
<br />at 7:30 P.M., after which said public hearing in
<br />relation thereto at which parties in Interest
<br />and citizens shall have an opportunity to be
<br />heard will be held by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, in the County Commission Room,
