j, <br />:-3- <br />3. -Prepare necessary sketches to accompany the <br />County's applications for any required state or <br />federal agency permits. <br />4. Cooperate fully with the County and the Florida <br />•Department of Transportation in order that all <br />phases of the work may be properly scheduled and <br />coordinated. <br />s <br />5. Prior to final approval by the County Engineer <br />complete preliminary and final phase reviews of <br />the construction plans through any county, state <br />or federal agency from which a permit or other <br />approval is required. <br />6. Contact all utility companies having installations <br />in the vicinity of the proposed work and provide <br />information relative to any required utility <br />adjustments or relocations. <br />7. Report the status of this Project to the County <br />Engineer upon request, and hold his drawings, <br />calculations and related work open to the inspec- <br />tion of the County Engineer or his authorized <br />agent at any time. <br />8.
