P <br />w (9) Other Application•Reguirements <br />It shall be the County's sole responsibility for meet- <br />tnq those requirements of the Act not specifically cited <br />herein as a responsibility of the Consultant. Such <br />• requirements may include, but are not limited to,the <br />- following; certifications and assurances; A-95 reviews; <br />environmental reviews of new projects or activities; <br />development of the Citizen Participation Pian and its <br />implementation; etc. However, the Consultant shall be <br />available to assist the County on these or other areas <br />of activity if so requested by the County under the <br />Continuing Services part of this Contract. <br />C.''Continuing Services <br />The Consultant shall be available to the County to provide Continu- <br />ing Professional Services, relating to its Community Development <br />Program, through the end of the CD 1978-79 fiscal year. These <br />services may relate, but are not limited, to the environmental <br />revieers for CD activities, meetings, planning, management processes <br />and implementation. <br />The Consultant's Professional Services will be provided only upon <br />request of the County, and the County will be charged only for those <br />services so requested. It is understood and agreed that "request <br />of the County" shall interpreted to mean a written request directed <br />to the Consultant and signed by the 'County Administrator, or <br />Planning Director of the County. <br />The Services to be provided by the Consultant will be generally <br />described in the letter requesting such services and authorizing <br />the Consultant to proceed. These letters of request and authoriza- <br />tion may prescribe the maximum number of man-hours/days to be <br />billable for each specific request; or, may authorize a fixed fee <br />amount for a specific project to be undertaken. <br />Page 11 of 15 <br />FEB 2 21978 BOOK 34 mUfin <br />
