RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 129 <br />Section 3. A certified copy of this resolution shall be provided to the Governor Rick <br />Scott, the Speaker of the House, the President of the Senate, the Indian River County Legislative <br />Delegation, the Florida League of Cities, the Florida Association of Counties, and each of the <br />municipalities in Indian River County. <br />The foregoing resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher , and <br />seconded by Commissioner 0' Brvan , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Peter D.
