d <br />ORDINANCE NO. 78-11 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties <br />in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be.amended <br />4" <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The East 15 acres of the West 20 acres less the West <br />315 feet thereof; and the West 5 acres of the East <br />20 acres, all in Tract 9, Section 2, Township 33 <br />South, Range 38 East <br />Be changed from B-1 Planned Business District to <br />A -Agricultural District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth <br />and described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect May 15, 1978. <br />v <br />BOOK 34 FAcg 4 7 J-" <br />
