A <br />IN HIS LIFETIME, AND BELIEVED IT WOULD BE FOOLISH TO APPLY FOR <br />MULTIPLE FAMILY ZONING AND TRY TO DEVELOP. HE NOTED THAT THERE <br />PRESENTLY IS A MOBILE HOME ON THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY WHICH IS <br />OCCUPIED BY THE MAN WHO OPERATES THE SEVERAL SMALL MOBILE HOME <br />PARKS WHICH MR. PALMER OWNS. HE FURTHER NOTED THAT THERE IS <br />A LARGE POND ON HIS PROPERTY, WHICH MAKES IT UNUSABLE FOR ANY <br />PURPOSE OTHER THAN BUILDING A HOME, <br />CHAI5MAN WODTKE ASKED IF MR. PALMER INTENDED TO REMOVE <br />THE TRAILER FROM THIS PROPERTY -WHEN HE BUILT. HE STATED <br />r <br />THAT HE DID NOT BECAUSE IT WOULD BE ALLOWED AS AN ACCESSORY <br />USE UNDER AGRICULTURAL ZONING. MR. PALMER FURTHER NOTED THAT <br />THE MOBILE HOME HAS BEEN THERE SINCE THE PROPERTY WAS ZONED C-1. <br />ZONING DIRECTOR WALKER AGREED THAT IT WOULD BE GRANDFATHERED <br />IN, AND ALSO THE PROPERTY IS IO ACRES, WHICH IS SUFFICIENT. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD, <br />THERE WERE NONE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY CLOSED THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED ORDINANCE 75-11, GRANTING <br />THE REZONING.TO AGRICULTURAL REQUESTED BY CHARLES G.
