A <br />e <br />ORDINANCE NO. 78-12 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />s BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 120 through 124, The Moorings, Unit 2, as in <br />Platbook 8, Page 28, Indian River County Records <br />Be changed from C -1A Restricted Commercial District <br />to R -2C Multiple Family District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth <br />and described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect May 15, 1978. <br />THE HOUR OF 2:00 O'CLOCK P.M.
