REQUEST OF EOC TO WAIVE BUILDING PERMITS <br />FOR THEIR WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM <br />s ZONING DIRECTOR DEWEY WALKER APPEARED, ACCOMPANIED BY MRS. <br />DOROTHY WILLIAMS, IN REGARD TO A SPECIAL EXCEPTION SO THAT MR. AND MRS. <br />WILLIAMS MAY BUILD A RESIDENCE IN WHITFIELD SUBDIVISION, AN UNRECORDED <br />SUBDIVISION LOCATED EAST OF LATERAL A AND WEST OF WABASSO ROAD. HE <br />STATED THAT THE DEED SHOWS THAT MRS. WILLIAMS, FORMERLY DOROTHY HALL, <br />OWNED THE PROPERTY IN 1973. <br />COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER NOTED THAT THE ROADS IN THIS AREA <br />WERE IMPROVED UNDER THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND THE ACCESS <br />IS GOOD, BUT IT IS AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION. <br />THE BOARD NOTED THAT WE HAVE HAD SIMILAR SITUATIONS IN THE <br />PAST, AND DID NOT FEEL THERE IS ANY PROBLEM. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO MR.
