<br />come from Petition Paving Account. Assessments are to be levied against all lots and lands
<br />adjoining and contiguous or bounding and abutting upon the improvements or specially benefitted
<br />thereby and fitrther designated by the assessment plat with respect to the special assessments; and
<br />WHEREAS, the special assessment shall become due and payable at the Indian River
<br />County Department of Utility Services ninety (90) days after the final determination of the special
<br />assessment pursuant to Section 206.08, Indian River County Code; and
<br />WHEREAS, any special assessment not paid within said ninety (90) day period shall
<br />bear interest beyond the due date at a rate established by the Board of County Commissioners at the
<br />time of preparation of the final assessment roll, and shall be payable in two (2) equal installments,
<br />the first to be made twelve (12) months from the due date and subsequent payments to be due yearly;
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and anticipated usage of the proposed
<br />improvements, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that the following described
<br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these improvement, to wit:
<br />Lot 1, Block C, Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit 2; Lots 2 through 11, Block D and Lot
<br />1A, Block D, Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit 2; Lots 2 through 11, Block E and Lot IA,
<br />Block E, Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit 2; East %2 of Lot 1, Block F, Oslo Park
<br />Subdivision, Unit 2; W '/2 of Lot 1, Block F, Oslo Park Subdivision, Unit 2; as
<br />recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 13. AND The South 50' of the North 622.5' of that part
<br />of the West %z of Tract 2, Section 26, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, lying East
<br />of Oslo Park, Unit 2 and West of the West right-of-way of 18'h Avenue, according
<br />to a Maintenance Map filed in Plat Book 10, Page 75 of the Public Records of Indian
<br />River County, Florida. Containing 6.093.8 sq.ft., or 0.14 acres, Lying in Indian river
<br />County, Florida. AND The South 50' of the North 742.5' of that part of the West
<br />of Tract 2, Section 26, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, lying East of Oslo park,
<br />Unit 2 and West of the West right-of-way of 18'h Avenue, according to a
<br />Maintenance Map filed in Plat Book 10, Page 75 of the Public Records of Indian
<br />River County, Florida. Containing 6,062.4 sq.ft., or 0.14 acres. Lying in Indian
<br />River County, Florida.
