RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 0 7 5 <br />5. The assessments shown on Exhibit 'A" attached to Resolution No. 99-106, were recorded <br />by the County on the public records of Indian River County, and the lien shall remain prima <br />facie evidence of its validity. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Gi nn , and the motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Stanbridge, and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Fran B.
