EVIDENCE OF TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY <br />Within thirty (30) days after the date of this contract, <br />the Seller will pay for. and deliver to the Buyer, evidence of <br />title in the form of an abstract of title prepared by an abstractor <br />licensed to do business in Indian River'County, Florida, purporting <br />to be an accurate synopsis of the instruments affecting the title <br />to the real property, which is the subject of this contract, re- <br />corded in the public records of Indian River County, to the date <br />of this contract, showing the title to be conveyed to be good <br />and.marketable or insurable. <br />V. - EXAMINATION OF TITLE AND CURE <br />Buyer shall have thirty (30) days from date of re- <br />ceiving evidence of title to examine the same.
