Old Dixie Highway <br />Vero Beach, Florida ; <br />Dear Mr. Lohman: <br />The Board. of County Commissioners, at their meeting of <br />Wednesday, July 5, 1978, authorized the termination of that <br />Agreement entered into between Indian River County and Treasure <br />Coast Utilities, Inc., regarding the sewer treatment plant and <br />facilities located on part of Government Lot 9, and part of <br />i_Government Lot 10, section 19, Township 32 South, Range 40 <br />_ = East,`which Agreement was dated and accepted April 15, 1976. <br />tO <br />You'are hereby notified that because of your failure to z <br />Comply with the terms of the Contract, specifically the meeting <br />of State standards and daily inspections, said Contract is <br />being terminated. You have been previously notified that <br />your compliance with the Contract was in default and the ; <br />service being provided by your company was not satisfactory <br />to Indian River County. <br />�• Effective 30 days from date, this termination will take <br />effect.
