AMMONS EFFORTS ARE COMMEND- <br />ABLE, AND STATED SHE WOULD LIKE TO FIND A FENCE FOR HER PURPOSES, <br />BUT DID NOT FEEL THIS ONE SHOULD BE REMOVED. COMMISSIONER LOY NOTED <br />THAT THIS FENCE RUNS ALONG U.S.1, AND ALTHOUGH THERE IS A FENCED PLAY - <br />YARD FOR THE YOUNGSTERS AT THE SCHOOL GROUNDS, THERE IS AN OPEN AREA <br />ON THE NORTH SIDE AND THERE IS ALWAYS THE POSSIBILITY A.YOUNSTER MIGHT <br />GET OUT OF THE ENCLOSED AREA AND HEAD FOR U.S.I. SHE FURTHER NOTED <br />THAT THE USAGE OF THIS PROPERTY CHANGES FROM TIME TO TIME AND THE <br />FENCE COULD VERY WELL BE NEEDED IN THE FUTURE. <br />wl <br />t <br />
