PLANNING DIRECTOR REDICK INFORMED THE BOARD THAT CARLSWARD <br />SUBDIVISION, WHICH IS LOCATED NORTH OF SOUTH GIFFORD ROAD AND EAST <br />OF RANGE LINE ROAD, HAS BEEN REVIEWED BY THE SUBDIVISION REVIEW <br />COMMITTEE AND RECOMMENDED FOR -APPROVAL <br />THE BOARD DISCUSSED POSSIBLE FUTURE PLANS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF <br />A WATER RESERVOIR IN THIS AREA, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF <br />CARLSWARD SUBDIVISION, <br />PLANNING DIRECTOR REDICK NEXT INFORMED THE BOARD THAT A <br />NUMBER OF CHANGES WERE MADE ON THE PLAT OF CASTAWAY COVE SUBDIVISION, <br />UNIT #2, AND STORM DRAINAGE, LOT DIMENSIONS, AND PLANTING EASEMENTS, <br />ARE NOW SHOWN, HE NOTED THAT THIS IS A PRIVATE ROAD SUBDIVISION; ALL <br />THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION REVIEW COMMITTEE HAVE <br />BEEN MET; AND IT IS RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL, <br />ROBERT LLOYD, AGENT FOR IDLEWYLD CORPORATION, DEVELOPER OF <br />THIS SUBDIVISION, NOTED THAT THIS PLAT IS PART OF AN OVERALL <br />DEVELOPMENT PLANT, ORIGINALLY KNOWN AS DUNES OF DEAUVILLE, <br />ADMINISTRATOR .JENNINGS CONCURRED AND STATED THAT THE OVERALL <br />PLAN WAS APPROVED SOME TIME AGO, <br />COMMISSIONER DEESON ASKED ABOUT THE 60` R/W FOR THE ENTRANCE, <br />AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THIS WAS COMPLIED WITH, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED TENTATIVE APPROVAL TO CASTAWAY <br />COVE, UNIT #2, <br />PLANNING DIRECTOR REDICK THEN DISCUSSED TREASURE COAST <br />DEVELOPMENT CORP, SUBDIVISION, WHICH IS LOCATED EAST OF SOUTH STATE <br />ROAD AIA BETWEEN PORPOISE POINT SUBDIVISION AND FLORALTON BEACH, HE <br />INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THERE WAS A SLIGHT REDESIGN OF THE SERVICE <br />ROAD AND SOME LOTS AND SOME AGREEMENTS AS TO THE MEANDERING OF THE <br />PAVEMENT WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ON THE SHARP CURVE ON REEF ROAD, MR, <br />REDICK CONTINUED THAT THERE WAS ALSO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE OWNER <br />AND THE ADMINISTRATOR IN REGARD TO A SPLITTING OF COSTS IN REPAVING <br />THE ROAD FROM SEA GRAPE DRIVE TO REEF ROAD, <br />E <br />a) P"'P'F , k. <br />
