ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS STATED THAT THIS PORTION OF THE ROAD <br />IS READY TO BE RESURFACED IN ANY EVENT AND IS ONE OF THE ROADS THE <br />COUNTY ALREADY MAINTAINS. <br />MR. LLOYD, AGENT FOR TREASURE COAST DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, <br />NOTED THAT BECAUSE OF THE MORATORIUM ON SEWER FRANCHISES, THE <br />SUBDIVISION WAS PLATTED INTO 1/2 ACRE LOTS, BUT STATED THAT AS SOON <br />AS THE MORATORIUM IS LIFTED, THEY INTEND TO PUT IN SEWERS. <br />IN DISCUSSION, IT WAS NOTED THAT THE PLAT STATES THE SEWAGE <br />WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF VERO BEACH. <br />MR. LLOYD INFORMED THE BOARD THAT IS INCORRECT, AND THAT THEY <br />HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO TIE INTO THE MOORINGS SEWAGE SYSTEM. <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER Loy, TO GRANT TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF TREASURE COAST <br />DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION SUBDIVISION, SUBJECT TO CORRECTING THE PLAT <br />TO STATE THAT SEWAGE COLLECTION WILL BE PROVIDED BY PRIVATE FACILITIES. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE DISCUSSED POSSIBLE LATER REPLATTING OF THIS <br />SUBDIVISION, AND MR. LLOYD POINTED OUT THAT BECAUSE OF THE MORATORIUM <br />THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN SUBDIVIDE RIGHT NOW AND COMPLY IS WITH 1/2 ACRE <br />LOTS. HE STATED THAT WHEN THEY CAN PROVIDE WATER AND SEWER, THEY <br />PROBABLY WILL REPLAT INTO SMALLER LOTS.. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. IT WAS VOTED ON AND <br />CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. <br />MR. LLOYD ASKED IF CERTIFICATES OF �1EPOSIT WOULD BE <br />ACCEPTABLE INSTEAD OF A CASH BOND, AND ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THEY <br />WOULD BE IF THEY WERE IRREVOCABLY COMMITTED TO THE COUNTY. <br />TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF ORANGE TERRACE SUBDIVISION WAS NEXT <br />BROUGHT UP. <br />COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER FILED THE FOLLOWING AFFIDAVIT IN REGARD <br />TO A CONFLICT OF INTEREST WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND LEFT <br />THE MEETING AT 9:05 O'CLOCK A.M. <br />AUG 2 3 1973 <br />
