Ginn, Chairman; Arthur R. Neuberger, <br />Vice Chairman; and Commissioners Fran B. Adams, Thomas S. Lowther, and Kenneth R. Macht. <br />Also present were Joseph Baird, County Administrator; William G. Collins II, County Attorney; <br />Kimberly Massung, Executive Aide to the Board; and Patricia “PJ” Jones, Deputy Clerk. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairman Ginn called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />2. INVOCATION <br /> Pastor Roger Ball, Immanuel Church, delivered the Invocation. <br /> <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> Commissioner Lowther led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />4.
