HE FURTHER SUBMITTED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE <br />COMPANY AND ALSO THAT OF DONALD FREEMAN, WHO IS SOLE OWNER OF THE <br />COMPANY AND WHO WILL PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES <br />OF FLORIDA HOME COMMUNITIES, INC. HE NOTED THAT THE FRANCHISE APPLIES <br />ONLY TO TRACTS 4 AND 5, WHICH IS CONSIDERED VILLAGE GREEN MOBILE HOME <br />v <br />PARK. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE ASKED IT IT IS•CORRECT TO ASSUME THAT VILLAGE <br />GREEN IS BEING SOLD, AND ATTORNEY BLOCK STATED THAT IT IS, AND THE <br />FRANCHISE IS PART OF THE TOTAL PROJECT.
