<br />The legal description of the areas embraced by
<br />the existing franchise is as follows:
<br />Legal Description: Tracts 4 and 5, Section 6,
<br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East, acedrding
<br />to the last general plat of lands of Indian River
<br />Farms Company filed in the office of the Clerk
<br />of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
<br />Florida, in Plat Book 2 at page 25; said land
<br />now situate, lying and being in Indian River
<br />County, Florida; LESS road right of way.

<br />OWNERS OF VILLAGE GREEN WATER AND SEWER FRANCHISE, RESPECTIVELY.
<br />ATTORNEY BLOCK SUBMITTED A LETTER REQUESTING THAT THE BOARD CONSIDER
<br />TRANSFERRING THE VILLAGE GREEN FRANCHISE TO FLORIDA MOBILE HOME
<br />COMMUNITIES, INC. HE FURTHER SUBMITTED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE
<br />COMPANY AND ALSO THAT OF DONALD FREEMAN, WHO IS SOLE OWNER OF THE
<br />COMPANY AND WHO WILL PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
<br />OF FLORIDA HOME COMMUNITIES, INC. HE NOTED THAT THE FRANCHISE APPLIES
<br />ONLY TO TRACTS 4 AND 5, WHICH IS CONSIDERED VILLAGE GREEN MOBILE HOME

<br />PARK.
<br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE ASKED IT IT IS•CORRECT TO ASSUME THAT VILLAGE
<br />GREEN IS BEING SOLD, AND ATTORNEY BLOCK STATED THAT IT IS, AND THE
<br />FRANCHISE IS PART OF THE TOTAL PROJECT. HE REPRESENTS THE PURCHASER.
