<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved Work <br />Order No. 14 to Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. in the amount of <br />$168,500.00 – in a lump-sum, from account as specified, for <br />Professional Services related to South RO Plant Upgrades and <br />Modifications to Restore Capacity, and authorized the Chairman <br />to execute same, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />September 1, 2006. <br /> <br />WORK ORDER IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />8.
