The purpose of this request is to rezone ±32.54 <br />acres from RMH-8, Residential Mobile Home District (up to 8 unit/acres) to ROSE -4, Roseland <br />Residential District (up to 4 units/acre), and to secure zoning to allow property owners in Indian <br />River Twin Estates, Mobile Villa Estates, and the Indian River Acres Subdivision Mobile Home <br />Parks to rebuild on their home sites with either site built homes or mobile homes at a density that is <br />consistent with their comprehensive plan land use designation. <br />October 4, 2005 26 <br />
