MOTION WAS MADE by Vice Chairman Davis to <br />direct the County Attorney to draft a resolution in <br />support of Amendment No. 2. MOTION DIED for <br />lack of a Second. <br />Commissioner Wheeler, with a clearer understanding of the provisions of the first <br />Paragraph of the Amendment, was in favor of the request and Seconded the Motion. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Vice Chairman Davis, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wheeler, to direct the <br />County Attorney to draft a resolution in support of <br />Amendment No. 2, the Marriage Protection <br />Amendment. <br />There were no further discussions. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and by a 3- <br />2 vote (Commissioners Flescher and O'Bryan <br />opposed) the Motion carried directing the County <br />Attorney to draft a resolution in support of <br />Amendment No. 2, the Marriage Protection <br />Amendment. <br />A.C.
