a) Such storage shall be limited to vehicles <br />owned by: <br />i. the occupant (s) of the residence, or <br />ii. the house guests of the occupant (s) <br />b) provided that not more than one (1) recreational <br />vehicle per dwelling unit may be stored upon <br />each site except that one (1) additional <br />recreational vehicle per dwelling unit may be <br />parked on the property for a period not in <br />excess of two (2) weeks in any continuous time <br />period or six (6) weeks in any one-year period, <br />c) provided that not more than one (1) boat per <br />dwelling unit shall be stored upon each site <br />except that one (1) additional boat per <br />dwelling may be parked on the property for <br />a period not in excess of two (2) weeks in any <br />continuous - time period or six (6) weeks in any <br />one-year period, <br />d) such storage shall not be in any required front <br />yard or easement, <br />e) recreational vehicles and boat trailers shall <br />have a valid motor vehicle license at all times, <br />f) recreational vehicles and boats shall'not be <br />used for office or commercial purposes, nor <br />for sleeping, housekeeping or living quarters <br />while so stored, <br />g) any recreational vehicle not in normal daily <br />usage for transportation of the occupants of <br />the residence, shall be considered as "stored" <br />for purposes of this Ordinance, <br />h) No recreational vehicle so stored shall be in <br />d excess of 32 feet in length provided that in <br />the event of undue hardship, petitions may be <br />filed for a variance to this Ordinance as to <br />the length requirements of this Ordinance to <br />aocK 36 PAGE 3, <br />I <br />
