<br /> January 15, 2008 <br /> <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the County <br />th <br />Commission Chambers, 1801 27Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, January 15, 2008. <br />Present were Chairman Sandra L. Bowden, Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis, and Commissioners <br />Joseph E. Flescher, Peter D. O’Bryan and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were County <br />Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney William Collins, II, and Deputy Clerk Athena <br />Adams. <br /> <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order at 11:55 a.m. <br /> <br />(Clerk’s Note: This SWDD meeting was held following the ESD meeting and prior to the <br />adjournment of the regular BCC meeting) <br /> <br /> <br />14.B.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – REGULAR MEETING OF <br />DECEMBER 11, 2007 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions, deletions or corrections to the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 11, 2007.
