APPROVAL OF MINUTES – REGULAR MEETING OF <br />DECEMBER 18, 2007 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions, deletions or corrections to the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 18, 2007. There were none. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 18, 2007, <br />as written. <br /> <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR AN ANNUAL ELECTRONICS <br />RECYCLING EVENT ON JANUARY 26, 2008 <br /> <br /> Himanshu Mehta of the Solid Waste Disposal District announced that the Annual <br />Electronics Recycling Event would be held on Saturday, January 26, 2008, from 9:00 to 3:00 <br />p.m., at the Indian River County Mall in front of Macy’s. It is free to residents who may turn in <br />outdated computers, televisions, and consumer electronics, to help keep electronics waste and its <br />hazardous components out of our landfill.
