KOOLAGE STATED THAT HE LIVES ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BRIDGE, BUT <br />FELT THE RESIDENTS IN THAT PART OF VERO BEACH ALSO LIKE THE BEACH AREA <br />AS.IT IS AND WOULD URGE THE BOARD TO CONTINUE THE DENSITY THAT IS <br />PRESENTLY IN THE MASTER PLAN. <br />MR. WILLIAM D. ROBINSON SPOKE REPRESENTING THE BONITA BEACH <br />SUBDIVISION, WHICH HAS 21 SINGLE FAMILY BUILDING LOTS. HE STATED <br />THEY ARE STRONGLY OPPOSED TO THE ZONING CHANGES AND REQUEST THAT IT <br />BE LEFT AS IT IS. <br />HOWARD MOORE CAME BEFORE THE BOARD SPEAKING AS VICE-PRESIDENT <br />OF PELICAN ISLAND AUDOBON SOCIETY. HE STATED THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />OF THE PELICAN ISLAND AUDOBON SOCIETY -HAS VOTED TO OPPOSE ANY CHANGE <br />IN DENSITY OF LAND USE IN ITEMS #7 AND #9.
